The following forms have been sent home and need to be returned signed by the student and parent ASAP.  

We will begin issuing Chromebooks forms to sophomores and juniors who are eligible for the ownership model (have paid for 3 consecutive years for their Chromebook).  Freshman and seniors will be notified when contracts are ready to be distributed.  Please watch for further announcements.  Students must have a signed Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) form on file in order to use any school device.
