Enrollment Information

Complete the application in person in the School Counseling Office (Guidance) with the registrar (Lisa Coker).  The registrar will request official records from the previous school; however, not having the following items readily available could result in a delay in being scheduled or starting classes.

What to Bring When Enrolling Your Child:

• Unofficial transcript or copy of the student’s last report card
• Proof of guardianship if the student does not live with their parents
• Proof of residence: electric bill, mortgage, or lease agreement
• Proof of immunization
• Student’s birth certificate
